Preparation:
1․ Finely chop the herbs and mix with the cheese. Cut the fish and avocado flesh into small pieces.
2․ Spread the pita bread with cheese. Spread the fish and avocado on top. Roll up into a tight roll, starting from the long side.
3․ Wrap the roll in food film and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Then cut into small portions.
