Chicken with Hawaiian mix in a frying pan

Preparation:
1․ Salt and pepper the chicken thighs on all sides.

You can use shanks instead of thighs.

2․ In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Fry the chicken pieces for 7-10 minutes on each side.

3․ Add the frozen Hawaiian mixture and lightly salt.

4․ Mix the hot water with the tomato sauce. Pour into the same pan. Cover with a lid and leave on moderate heat for 15 minutes.
